Aqua Surge is designed to provide increased rates of water infiltration, improving both vertical and lateral water movement for more uniform soil wetting to help plants resist environmental stresses, in turn optimizing crop growth. Special surfactant chemistry overcomes the natural occurring phenomenon of water repellency issues in soils. Nutrient TECH’s proven formulation promotes sustainable water use by improving rootzone water content and maintaining soil water content for longer periods of time.

Aqua Surge has demonstrated improved crop quality and increased yield due to improved irrigation efficiency and improved fertilizer (nitrogen) efficiency. Use of Aqua Surge makes water more readily available in the soil profile, promoting greater water uptake by plant roots and minimizing drought stress resulting in improved tolerance to abiotic stressors such as high light and heat.

Use Rates:

Aqua Surge applications are flexible and may be applied through any type of irrigation system or by conventional spray equipment. Additionally, Aqua Surge may be applied as a one-time application or in multiple applications throughout the growing season. Rates and frequency will be dependent on crop type and local growing conditions.
