Greg Johnson Tapped to Lead Nutrient TECH Growth
Dinuba, Calif. (November 30, 2017) – Nutrient TECH, Inc., a De Sangosse Group company specializing in advanced plant nutrition products, is pleased to announce that Greg Johnson named President of Nutrient TECH effective October 1, 2017.
Johnson will also continue to serve as president of Walnut Creek, California-based Fine Americas, Inc., another De Sangosse Group company and leader in Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) technology. Each company will continue to operate as independent organizations under Johnson’s leadership.
“We are very pleased Greg has accepted this expanded role,” says Nicolas Fillon, CEO, De Sangosse Group. “Greg’s background, global experience and proven success in growing the Fine America’s brand in North and South America has made him a natural fit for this position with Nutrient TECH,” says Fillon.
In his new role, Johnson will work closely with the Nutrient TECH management team to drive the company’s successful growth while expanding the development and marketing of additional De Sangosse nutrition and bio-stimulant technologies for both companies.
“I am confident he will continue to drive the growth of both organizations and ensure efficient flow of additional De Sangosse’s technologies to American markets,” says Fillon.
Johnson brings more than 35 years of diversified domestic and international leadership experience with crop protection products in a broad array of agricultural crop segments. Prior to joining Fine in 2004, he served in various positions with Arysta Life Sciences and their legacy companies as Director of Global Marketing and Director of Business Operations Western Hemisphere. He began his career with AgriDyne Technologies and CIBA-GEIGY.
“I’m excited by the opportunity to leverage De Sangosse’s impressive nutrition, bio-stimulant and PGR technologies across both companies which will continue to build more added value for farmers throughout the Americas,” says Johnson.
